Does the balance expire?

Gift funds never expire.

What if I lose my card?

Oh no! If you lose your plastic card we can issue you a new card to access your funds for $5. If you lose your e-Gift card we can re-issue you a replacement at no additional charge.

What do you mean by chains?

Our current parameters for a chain store are if a business has 10 or more locations. For example, if a store has locations in several states that is usually a good indicator that they are a chain.
