Whenever you place an order through their service you pass money to them and they keep a large percentage of your order -- sometimes up to 35% or more -- and pay the rest to the local business. This ultimately hurts local businesses which is why we strongly encourage ordering with a local business directly.
How soon does my card work?
You can spend your card immediately.
Does the balance expire?
Gift funds expire after 5 years and are charged a monthly fee of 5% after 1 year of inactivity.
What if I lose my card?
Oh no! If you lose your plastic card we can issue you a new card to access your funds for $5. If you lose your e-Gift card we can re-issue you a replacement at no additional charge.
What do you mean by chains?
Our current parameters for a chain store are if a business has 10 or more locations. For example, if a store has locations in several states that is usually a good indicator that they are a chain.
