For plastic cards, enter your Card Code into this form to see the balance available. For e-Gifts, open the email you received and click the "open gift" button.

You can spend your card at local businesses in Downtown Wilmington.
Why is a business not familiar with the card?
Sometimes businesses or new cashiers may not be familiar with our program and think they can not accept the card. The Main Street Wilmington Gift Card is a Mastercard and even if they have never heard of the program the business should still be able to accept the card by charging it the same way they would any other Mastercard.
Can I use my card for food delivery apps?
Unfortunately, no. Food delivery apps like Doordash and Uber Eats are nationwide technology companies. Whenever you place an order through their service you pass money to them and they keep a large percentage of your order -- sometimes up to 35% or more -- and pay the rest to the local business. This ultimately hurts local businesses which is why we strongly encourage ordering with a local business directly.
How soon does my card work?
You can spend your card immediately.
Does the balance expire?
Gift funds expire after 5 years and are charged a monthly fee of 5% after 1 year of inactivity.
What if I lose my card?
Oh no! If you believe your Card has been lost or stolen email support@giverrang.com or call toll-free at 1-888-295-0360 from 6am to 6pm EST for assistance. If you lose your plastic card we can issue you a new card to access your funds for $5. If you lose your e-Gift card we can re-issue you a replacement at no additional charge. For additional details please visit the Card Terms Section 5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Card and Section 13. Expiration and Fees, subsection Replacement Card Fee.
